- Let users choose an available HLS or DASH video quality before downloading,
  preserve that choice across refreshed manifests, and lock it once downloading
  starts.
- Show the current resolution for single-quality streams and direct MP4, WebM,
  MOV, and M4V files. Read direct-file metadata before the thumbnail, reuse
  manifest responses, and process each row progressively so details appear sooner.
- Let users edit the output filename before downloading while preserving the
  file's real container extension.
- Merge separate fMP4 audio playlists from HLS masters into the downloaded MP4.
- Detect HLS masters disguised as /hls/.../master.txt, retain anonymous masters
  when their variants share a directory, and keep detected media through same-URL
  player reloads.
- Finalize long B-frame videos without overflowing JavaScript's argument stack.
- Support Firefox ESR 140, including the remaining supported 32-bit Linux builds.
